Description
Children mirror what they observe, making our self-regulation essential for their development. When caregivers prioritize their well-being, they foster stronger connections and create richer learning opportunities for those in their care. Kendra and Kristin combine faith-based wisdom with evidence-based practices to support your journey. Drawing from their expertise as Occupational Therapists and their Christian foundation, they offer practical daily tools that integrate prayer, scripture meditation, targeted movement exercises, and Trauma-Informed Care principles.
