How do you set the focus of your early childhood program each day?  In this session, we’ll talk about the importance of incorporating spiritual development for your staff into your regular routine.  We will learn various practical strategies for being intentional without taking up too much time.  Join us on a journey to building up our staff and helping them to grow spiritually each day.  You’ll see a difference in how each day progresses as you implement some of these ideas.
