First Things First – The Importance of Staff Devotions

How do you set the focus of your early childhood program each day?  In this session, we’ll talk about the importance of incorporating spiritual development for your staff into your regular routine.  We will learn various practical strategies for being intentional without taking up too much time.  Join us on a journey to building up our staff and helping them to grow spiritually each day.  You’ll see a difference in how each day progresses as you implement some of these ideas.

Jennifer Trull is passionate about serving young children and their families through church-based weekday early education programs.  She has served as a church weekday director since 2016 and just recently opened a new program at Calvary Baptist Church in Monroe, NC.  She has Bachelor’s in Elementary Education from Appalachian State University.
