You are Shaping Hearts and Minds!

Hey Reader!

You are shaping hearts and minds.
As early educators in Christian childcare, your work matters deeply. Between lesson plans and diaper changes, remember these three powerful foundations:

1. Relationships = Trust
Children thrive when they feel safe, seen, and loved. This starts with you. Consistent, compassionate care reflects God’s love and builds trust—especially in these early weeks. We talked about it last week, but it’s still the top priority this week!

2. Environment = Ministry
Your classroom teaches before you say a word. Is it calm? Inviting? Organized for independence? Clear routines and thoughtful spaces create safety—and that’s the first step in strong classroom management. Have you been practicing? And practicing some more?

3. Play = Learning
Play isn’t the break from learning—it is the learning. Language, emotions, problem-solving, creativity—kids develop it all through play. Watch what sparks curiosity, then build on it. Have more FUN, then step back and observe the learning!

Keep showing up.
September can be tough, but stay faithful. Your presence, preparation, and patience are planting seeds that God will grow in time.
