Description
What if the everyday tasks of childcare are actually opportunities for ministry? In this course, participants will explore how physical care, safety policies, check-in procedures, parent communication, staff training, and appropriate ratios can communicate God’s care for children and families. Participants will be encouraged to see the “ordinary” responsibilities of childcare through a new lens and discover how doing these things well can help children experience, “I’m safe here. I’m loved here. I meet Jesus here.”

Josh Zello is passionate about creating gospel-centered, developmentally appropriate preschool ministries. With over 15 years of experience in early childhood education, he understands the pivotal role preschool plays in both spiritual and developmental growth. Honored as the 2016 Early Childhood Educator of the Year at San Antonio College, Josh has served in ministries of all sizes and equips others through speaking, writing, and coaching.
