Victoria Hughes earned a Master’s and a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Development and Family Studies from Texas Tech University. She currently facilitates adult learning sessions that support various initiatives focused on community assets development and individual strengths development. She is passionate about supporting individuals and teams to use their strengths to impact their communities and as a community group facilitator, she supports the mobilization of members toward a common goal to tackle tough issues that face families with children birth to five. Victoria currently lives in Amarillo, Texas with her husband, Diamon, and their daughters, Hope and Maya. Victoria enjoys spending time with family and traveling.
