What attendees are saying about our training conferences:

The thing that ECCN conferences never fail to do is be a source of stimulation, affirmation, and challenge on professional and spiritual levels. So many themes resonate deeply for me and the chance to discuss them with like-minded folk is just brilliant and rejuvenating.

L. Samways

The Ridge Preschool

I LOVE the positive environment. The support and opportunity to collaborate with our industry peers is invaluable. The day was not rushed at all, and we had plenty of time to get to our sessions. The volunteers are kind and helpful. I am so very thankful for all your hard work.

A. Pulley

LS&S Preschool

I have done this for many, many years and I still learned new things. Loved that God was such a big part of the conference.

Yes! We host an annual Director’s Retreat (usually at the end of February or early March) that is a mixture of leadership, business, and ministry training specifically for administrative teams and childcare directors and leaders. There’s plenty of time for networking with other leaders from across the nation and some time for personal spiritual development. We like to provide a mixture of professional, personal and spiritual growth opportunities for Christian leaders who are in the trenches in preschool programs, church weekday or mothers day out programs or church ministries. We have a place for you at this retreat!
