TEAM Making Early Faith Stick

Description

Early childhood is a critical time for shaping a child’s understanding of the world, relationships, and faith. In this course, participants will explore why early childhood matters so deeply and discover five practical keys for helping faith take root in the lives of young children. From developmentally appropriate, Christ-centered teaching to creating safe environments, partnering with parents, and building meaningful relationships, participants will be encouraged and equipped to approach early childhood ministry with greater purpose and intention.

You will be able to guide your team into meaningful discussions and practical application for your own program context and circumstances.

We’ve included a full leader guide with discussion questions, hands-on activities, even scripture and prayer scripts! This training includes a pre-recorded video session around which your discussion and activities will focus. A printable certificate is available so you can easily document this director-led training for your team.

This staff development session is designed with flexibility for a 60-90 minute training, depending on the activities you choose to include.
